Today you’re going to take part in the Spartan Race.
This time last year, you did the Tough Mudder with Dad.
This year, you’re going to finish it all by yourself.
There will be many kids running with you.

How are you feeling now? Are you excited?
You can play in the mud as much as you want.
Just enjoy the process.
Mom and Dad will be right there with you.
Don’t worry. If you can’t finish some obstacles, you can do burpees instead, then keep running.
I know you can do it.
Go, go, go!
