Ahead of International Women's Day, which falls on March 8, a reception was held by the All-China Women's Federation, in Beijing.
The event was attended by more than 1,000 guests. Attendees, from both home and abroad, appreciated beautiful performances, which included chorus, duet, Chinese martial arts and the playing of traditional Chinese instruments.
After the reception, the attendees visited an exhibition showcasing China's progress in using digital and intelligent technologies to empower women and girls.
