The Role
We are seeking a visionary Editor-in-Chief with a "Media Architect" mindset and "Venture Sensitivity." You will not only lead the content strategy for AI Reinvent but also act as a strategic bridge between our media presence and our Venture team, ensuring seamless resource integration and collaborative growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Editorial Architecture: Design and execute a holistic content roadmap. Establish AI Reinvent as the premier vertical authority in AI and Robotics through deep-dives, industry analysis, and exclusive offline salons.
2. Venture Synergy: Maintain constant synchronization with the Venture team. Transform investment insights into high-value media products and leverage content to identify and attract top-tier startup projects.
3. High-Stakes Production: Lead the creation of flagship content, including founder interviews and technical summaries. Drive organic growth by delivering content that resonates with VCs, founders, and industry experts.
4. Ecosystem Building: Represent AI Reinvent at the highest levels of the tech ecosystem, building relationships with labs, startups, and capital leaders to turn content into a powerful resource funnel.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Background: Proven track record in major tech companies (Big Tech) or top-tier tech media. You possess "Big Tech" strategic vision combined with the high self-drive and agility required for a startup environment.
- Bilingual & Tech-Savvy: Exceptional command of Chinese and English. Deep intellectual curiosity about Embodied AI and LLMs, with a mastery of AI tools to optimize your workflow.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with investment professionals, balancing editorial integrity with business synergy.
- Execution Excellence: A "full-stack" operator who takes ownership. You are capable of handling everything from high-level ideation to granular event execution and distribution.

我们正在寻找一位具备“媒体操盘手”思维与“一级市场感知力”的主编。你将负责 AI Reinvent 内容生态的整体架构，其核心目标是：在 AI+机器人垂直赛道打造对标“甲子光年”的媒体厚度，并作为内容端与 Venture 团队的纽带，实现信息互通与资源协同。
核心职责
1. 内容生态架构： 负责 AI Reinvent 整体内容战略规划。建立包含深度访谈、行业研究及线下闭门会的内容产品线，确立品牌在 AI 与机器人领域的垂直权威性。
2. 投媒协同联动： 与 Venture 团队保持深度沟通，将内容触角延伸至投研前线。利用内容影响力吸引优质项目，同时将 Venture 团队的行业洞察转化为高价值的媒体产出，形成“内容驱动投资，投资反哺内容”的闭环。
3. 高标准采编与增长： 策划并执行高质量的行业深度稿与创始人专访。通过专业内容驱动精准粉丝增长（VC、创始人、技术专家），并主导高粘性线下活动的落地。
4. 资源整合与运营： 代表品牌链接 AI 与机器人赛道的头部公司、科学家及投资机构。不仅生产内容，更要经营内容背后的资源网络。
任职要求
- 背景经验： 具有知名互联网大厂或头部科技媒体经验。具备大厂的系统化视野，同时拥有初创团队极强的自我驱动力与快速学习能力。
- 双语与技术感知： 优秀的中英文双语能力，能无障碍调研全球前沿技术文档。对具身智能、大语言模型（LLM）等有极高的敏感度，并能熟练运用 AI 工具提升生产力。
- 协作与沟通： 具备优秀的团队配合能力，能够理解 Venture 业务逻辑，在媒体调性与商业协同之间寻找最佳平衡点。
- 综合素养： 极强的执行力，能够从 0 到 1 独立承接从选题、撰稿到活动策划的闭环工作，不设限。
