目直 staring blankly (a sympt om seen in infantile convulsion or epilepy)
目珠偏斜 strabismus, squint, heterotropy

弄舌 frequent out-and-back tongue (a morbid condition marked by extending the tongue out and drawing it back frequently, or licking the lips and corners of the mouth, indicating excessive heat in the heart and spleen as an omen of convulsion and poor mental development in infants)

脾脉缓 slow pulse due to the disorder of the spleen
偏斜瞻视 strabismus, aquint, heterotropy
编坠 swelling with bearing-pain of one testis
