标题：Official Statement Regarding the Unfair Treatment of JIWOO Due to SM Entertainment's Security Mismanagement

Hope this email finds you well
We reach out to you today with deep disappointment and anger regarding an incident that happened at Shanghai Airport.
On March 15, 2026, a video from the airport clearly shows JIWOO being violently pushed by a security guard. In a crowded area, the guard pushed her hard twice. After the first push, JIWOO turned around, clearly uncomfortable. But instead of stopping, the guard pushed her even harder the second time.
Security guards are supposed to be the first line of protection for artists. In this case, the guard used violence against JIWOO, which is completely against his job.
We demand to know: Why was she the only one targeted? Why did the guard push her even harder after seeing her reaction? What kind of training justifies such brutality?
We must ask: Did your company properly train this security team? Do you have clear safety plans for your artists during public appearances? This incident shows a serious failure in how you protect artists on site.
As the leader of her group, JIWOO has always shown professionalism and sincerity toward her work and fans. She has spoken many times about how much she values her team. 2.Create and share a clear safety plan for artists during airport appearances. This is to make sure nothing like this ever happens again.
3.Issue a public apology to JIWOO and her fans, admit your company's failure in safety management, and promise to always put artist safety first.
