From Grammy stages to the healing in rosie, the superstar is quietly developing her next decade of world domination with the release of their third mini-album, Deadline.

“We poured everything into those ten years.” Following the release of their third mini album DEADLINE and world tour of the same name, @roses_are_rosie recalls the last decade of BLACKPINK and how four girls became one global phenomenon. “We’ve been through so much. We’ve accomplished a lot and faced many challenges. I’m proud to say we have ten years of experience. I’m grateful for those years.” ⁠

“I had this desire to picture and draw out a world, and show how this one character goes through certain emotions,” says @roses_are_rosie on the inspiration behind rosie. “I wanted her to feel real. That was the beauty of the character. I had this desire to present that in a musical way, hoping it would heal me.”

“I was writing about a specific breakup that had lingered for a while, and I hadn’t been able to let go of it. I remember writing through it and feeling so alive in the studio,” says @roses_are_rosie on the healing writing process behind her debut solo album, rosie. “I realized I wasn’t talking about it anymore in real life, because I had already poured it all into the music.”

“I feel like the world is my oyster,” says @roses_are_rosie on the next chapter of her career. “It’s about deciding how fast or slow I want to go.”
