To CUBE Entertainment and i-dle management team, on behalf of all fans of Song Yuqi, we have communicated multiple times regarding the protection of artist rights, resource allocation, health and safety issues, but have not received effective responses. We now formally raise our bottom line demands:
1. Scientifically plan the itinerary to ensure the health and safety of artists, upgrade security equipment, conduct regular physical examinations, and inform fans of the artist's physical health status in a timely manner.
2. Your company shall bear the responsibility for operational errors and is strictly prohibited from shifting the blame onto the artist; Immediately replace the team responsible for dereliction of duty and establish an efficient communication mechanism.
3. Ensure the landing of Song Yuqi's personal resources, prioritize personal travel, and open up diverse development channels.
4. Establish a personal studio or information station within six months and open personal social media accounts on various platforms.
5. Restore the artist's monthly itinerary. If there is a temporary cancellation or adjustment of the artist's offline public itinerary, fans should be informed in advance.

그간 아티스트의 권익 보호, 자원 배분, 건강 및 안전
문제와 관련해 수차례 소통을 시도하였으나 유의미한
답변을 얻지 못했습니다. 이에 다음과 같은 최후통첩성
핵심 요구사항을 공식적으로 전달합니다.
1. 아티스트의 건강 및 안전 보장
과학적이고 체계적인 스케줄 관리를 통해 아티스트의
건강권을 보장하고, 보안 인력을 충원하십시오.
정기적인 건강검진 실시 및 아티스트의 건강 상태에
대해 팬들과 즉각적으로 소통할 것을 요구합니다.
2.운영 과실 책임 소명 및 팀 개편
사측의 운영 미숙으로 발생한 책임을 아티스트에게
전가하는 행위를 엄금하십시오. 직무 태만 및 무능함을
보인 기존 담당 팀을 즉시 교체하고, 투명하고 효율적인
소통 창구를 마련하십시오.
3.개인 활동 자원 확보 및 우선순위 조정
송우기의 개인 활동이 차질 없이 진행될 수 있도록
보장하고, 개인 스케줄을 최우선으로 고려하여
다각적인 활동 채널을 개방하십시오.
4.개인 서포트 시스템 구축
향후 6개월 이내에 개인 작업실 또는
공식 정보 채널을 설립하고,
모든 플랫폼에 개인 SNS 계정을 개설하십시오.
5.공식 스케줄표 복구 및 사전 공지 준수
아티스트의 월간 스케줄 표 게시를 재개하십시오.
오프라인 공개 스케줄이 갑자기 취소되거나 변경될
경우, 반드시 팬들에게 사전에 공지해야 합니다.
6.강력한 법적 대응 실시
전 플랫폼을 대상으로 아티스트에 대한 악성 게시물 및
루머 유포에 대해 강력한 법적 대응을 상시 진행하십시오.
귀사는 이달 말까지 상기 요구사항에 대한 공식 직인이
날인된 서면 답변서를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
기한 내 답변이 없거나 무책임한 태도로 일관할 경우,
본 대리인과 팬덤은 합법적인 수단을 동원해 전면적인
권익 보호 투쟁을 지속할 것이며, 이로 인해 발생하는 .
모든 결과에 대한 책임은 귀사에 있음을 분명히 밝힙니다.

2.贵公司须承担运营失误责任，严禁转嫁过错至艺人；立即更换失职对接团队，建立高效沟通机制
3. 保障宋雨琦个人资源落地，优先个人行程，开放多元发展渠道
4. 半年内成立个人工作室或资讯站，开通各平台个人社交账号
5.恢复艺人每月行程图，如出现艺人线下公开行程临时取消或调整情况，需提前告知粉丝
6.开展全平台告黑
请贵公司于按照给出的时间“本月内”出具加盖公章的正式书面答复。逾期未回应或敷衍，我方将持续采取全面合法维权手段，一切后果由贵公司承担。
