귀사가 금일 발표한 BLOOD SAGA 서울 공연 예매 규정 중
“한국 팬에 한해 하루 전 선예매” 정책과 관련하여, ENHYPEN의 중국 팬으로서 깊은 충격과 강한 유감을 표합니다.
전 세계 팬들의 정당한 권리를 보호하고 공정한 공연 문화를 유지하기 위해, 우리는 다음과 같은 공식적인 항의와 요구를 제기합니다.
1. 차별적 예매 규정 철회 및 글로벌 팬의 동등한 권리 보장
ENHYPEN의 글로벌 팬층 중에서도 가장 큰 규모와 높은 소비 기여도를 보유한 중국 팬들은 예매 과정에서 어떠한 차별적 대우도 받아서는 안 됩니다.
이에 우리는 “한국 팬 대상 선예매”로 인한 시간 차별 정책을 즉시 철회하고,
전 세계 팬들이 동일한 시간과 조건 아래 공정하게 예매에 참여할 수 있도록 제도를 조정할 것을 강력히 요구합니다.
또한 향후 진행될 모든 투어 공연에서도 동일한 공정한 예매 기준이 일관되게 적용될 수 있도록 명확한 보장을 요구합니다.
2. 암표 거래 조장 가능성 차단 및 공연 시장 질서 보호
인위적으로 설정된 예매 시간 차는 팬들의 정당한 권리를 침해할 뿐만 아니라,
불합리한 2차 시장 형성을 촉진하는 결과로 이어질 가능성이 큽니다.
선예매 기회를 가진 집단이 시간적 우위와 좌석 선택 우위를 활용하여 표를 선점할 경우, 이후 글로벌 예매 과정에서 양질의 좌석 확보가 극도로 어려워질 수 있습니다.
이로 인해 장거리 이동이 불가피한 국제 팬들은 높은 가격의 암표 구매를 강요받는 상황에 놓일 수 있으며, 이는 공연 시장 질서를 심각하게 훼손하고 아티스트의 대중적 이미지에도 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
3. 핵심 소비층에 대한 정당한 존중 요구
장기간에 걸쳐 중국 팬들은 앨범 판매, 공식 굿즈 구매 및 다양한 응원 활동을 통해 높은 충성도와 상당한 경제적 기여를 지속적으로 보여왔습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 예매와 같은 핵심 권리가 결정되는 과정에서 중국 팬들이 상대적으로 불리한 위치에 놓이는 현실은 결코 정당화될 수 없습니다.
우리는 어떠한 형태의 차별적 소비자 대우도 단호히 거부합니다.
공개적이고 투명하며 공정한 공연 및 팬 문화는 팬들의 장기적인 신뢰와 지지를 유지하기 위한 가장 기본적인 전제 조건입니다.

Regarding the ticketing rules for the BLOOD SAGA Seoul stop announced by your company today, which allow “Korean fans to purchase tickets one day in advance,” as ENHYPEN’s Chinese fans, we are deeply concerned and disappointed. In order to protect the legitimate rights of global fans, we formally present the following protests and demands:
1.Cancel the Differentiated Ticketing System and Ensure Equal Rights for Global Fans
As one of the largest and most economically contributing fan groups in the global fan base of the artist, Chinese fans should not face discriminatory treatment in ticket purchasing access. We demand the immediate cancellation of the time difference for “priority ticketing for Korean fans” and request that ticket sales be adjusted to ensure that all global fans are able to purchase tickets under the same conditions and at the same time. Furthermore, we ask that this policy be applied consistently to all future tour stops.
2. Prevent Ticket Scalping and Maintain Market Fairness
The artificially set time difference not only harms the interests of fans but also directly fosters the creation of an unreasonable secondary market. Fans who purchase tickets earlier are likely to take advantage of the time difference and seating advantages to hoard tickets, leading to a shortage of premium seats when the global sales channel opens. This forces international fans who have traveled a long distance to purchase overpriced scalper tickets, severely disrupting the market order and damaging the artist’s public image and reputation.
3.Acknowledge the Core Consumer Group and Show Respect for Chinese Fans
For a long time, Chinese fans have demonstrated high loyalty and economic contribution in album sales, merchandise purchases, and various support activities. However, in the key area of ticketing rights, they are placed at a clear disadvantage. We refuse to accept any form of “second-class consumer” treatment. A transparent, fair, and open ticketing environment is the foundation for maintaining long-term support from fans.
