We need a third metric, based on our well-being, our health, our ability to unplug and recharge and renew ourselves, and to find joy in both our job and the rest of our life.

The world needs women to redefine success beyond money and power. We need to stop measuring our worth by how much we earn or how high we climb. We need to stop equating busyness with productivity and exhaustion with commitment. We need to stop glorifying burnout and start celebrating renewal. We need to stop seeing our lives as a race to the top and start seeing them as a journey to thrive.

我们需要第三种度量标准：基于我们的幸福、健康、放空与刷新自己的能力，以及在工作和生活中找到愉悦的能力。
