时常以慈悲心念，为众生祈福回向；时常以柔软心肠，伸手扶助身边人。一滴水，难熄燎原之火；一朵花，难绘人间盛景。唯有不断地布施慈悲、增长善念，不执相、不贪求、不疲厌，点滴善业，方能汇聚成海，融化世间寒冰，熄灭烦恼烈焰。慈悲，非勉强之行，而是本性流露。如天降甘露，自然润泽万物；如日升虚空，平等普照一切。它不仅给被帮助的人带去安宁与温暖，也让付出的人，内心生出清净与喜乐。——加措上师 Always cherish compassion and pray for the welfare of all beings; always hold a gentle heart and lend a hand to those around you. A single drop cannot extinguish a raging fire; a single flower cannot paint the full splendor of the world. Only by continuously giving compassion, nurturing good thoughts, free from attachment, craving, and weariness, can small acts of virtue gather like an ocean, melting the ice of the world and quelling the flames of affliction. Compassion is not forced action, but the expression of our true nature. Like heavenly nectar, it naturally nourishes all things; like the sun rising in the sky, it shines equally upon all.
