On the sidelines of IRID Expo, Ambassador of Pakistan to China H.E. Mr. Khalil Hashmi represent fellow Ambassadors and diplomatic envoys in meeting with Vice Governor of Anhui Province, Mr. Zhang Shuguang. Ambassador thanked him for his detailed briefing on impressive progress made in agriculture sector mechanization, increased productivity, & high quality production. Ambassador highlighted the central role of agriculture in Pakistan's economy & rural development. Also presented new agriculture cooperation proposals in academia, research & business between Anhui and Pakistan including a Pakistan focused sub-forum on agriculture next year on sidelines IRID Expo in Hefei.
