A Member of the European Parliament believes Viktor Orbán’s defeat as Prime Minister of Hungary was either prearranged or due to election fraud.

She says the victor, Peter Magyar, is very close friends with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

Viktor Orbán has already conceded.
