人心最暗的执念，莫过于无端嫉妒。世人总见他人繁花似锦，便怨自己山野荒芜，见旁人顺遂圆满，就恼世事不公偏颇。殊不知嫉妒从不是别人耀眼，而是自身心量狭小，被我执困住了目光。别人的光芒，从来不会黯淡你的月色；旁人的福报，亦不会损耗你的机缘。盯着他人所得纠结不安，反复内耗辗转难平，消耗的从来都是自己的心性与安宁。世间万事，皆有因缘，一切都是最好的安排。他人喜乐，你以欢喜随喜；他人顺遂，你以慈悲祝福。心无嗔恨，不攀不比，不妒不怨。放宽心量，看淡得失，少一分计较，多一分从容。不被杂念缠绕，不被嗔念束缚，自在随缘，清净度日，心无尘埃，岁岁安然。——加措上师 The darkest obsession in one's heart is unreasonable jealousy. People always see others enjoying splendid life yet complain about their own barren days, feel annoyed at unfair fate when others live smoothly and perfectly. Little do they realize jealousy comes not from others' brilliance, but narrow-mindedness and selfish clinging that cloud your sight. Others' glory will never fade your moonlight, nor will their blessings take away your opportunities. Obsessing over others' gains and suffering constant inner turmoil only wears out your peace and spirit. All things happen for karmic reasons, and everything is the best arrangement. Rejoice with others' happiness, bless their well-being with mercy, stay free from hatred, comparison, envy and grievance. Widen your heart, overlook gains and losses, care less and stay calm more.
