你所害怕失去的一切，原本就不曾真正属于你。世间万物，皆是因缘相聚而生灭显现，人情冷暖，尘缘聚散，皆是岁月流转的过客。我们只是路过人间，短暂相伴，并非永恒占有。爱恨、得失、相逢与离别，都顺着因果自然来去。执念越深，痛苦越重；越是紧抓不放，越容易被离别煎熬。世事无常，诸法无我，没有哪一段缘分、哪一份外物，可以永远定格。放下执念，看淡得失。缘深用心珍惜，相处时温柔善待；缘浅坦然随缘，缘尽时一念释然。懂得一切皆是随缘暂住，不贪永恒，不强占有，内心自会从容安稳，温和自在。——加措上师 Everything you fear losing has never truly belonged to you. All things in the world arise and vanish as karma and conditions converge. The warmth and cold of human feelings, the coming and going of worldly bonds, are merely passing travelers through time. We only wander through life, accompanying each other briefly, never owning anything forever. Love and hatred, gain and loss, meetings and partings, all come and go naturally according to karma. The deeper your attachment, the greater your suffering. The tighter you cling, the more torment separation brings. Life is impermanent, all phenomena have no permanent self, and no relationship or possession can last forever. Let go of obsession and look lightly upon gains and losses. Cherish sincerely when fate lasts long, treat others gently while staying together, remain peaceful when fate fades, and find instant relief when bonds end.
