居里夫人说：“美是一种生命力的绽放，而非皮囊的堆砌”比起天生丽质的脸蛋，我永远为“活着的姿态”心动。那是身体里那股野蛮生长的劲儿，是眼里有光、脚下有路的鲜活状态。生命力不是天生的，而是每个人后天不断的学习累积修炼而来的。

就像幸福的能力一样，是可以通过先天的天赋➕后天的学与习的洗涤和累积汇聚而形成的，幸福的心态和视角只是一种选择，而不是一种等待，当你以幸福的心态看待一切人事物时，当下每时每刻都是幸福，但如果你选择等达到什么状态、活是满足什么条件，又或是等待别人给你幸福，那永远都不可能幸福。

Rather than mere beauty, I prefer and admire the upward vitality that emanates from within a person. For beauty is merely a label imposed by others, a form of prejudice, while vitality is the confidence one gives oneself.

Compared with a naturally pretty face, I am always touched by the "stance of living" — the wild, unyielding drive growing inside, the vivid state of shining eyes and a clear path forward. Vitality is not innate; it is cultivated through continuous learning, accumulation, and self-cultivation.

Much like the ability to be happy, it is formed by natural endowment plus acquired learning, experience, and growth. A happy mindset and perspective are a choice, not something to wait for. When you view everything with a happy heart, every moment is happiness. But if you choose to wait until you reach a certain state, fulfill certain conditions, or wait for others to bring you happiness, you will never be happy.
