SCA Design transformed DBS's 82,000 sq. ft. office in Perennial Business City into an innovative "Joyspace" through a co-creation methodology that placed employee voices at the centre of the design process.The process began with workshops involving leadership and change champions, followed by extensive research into DBS's brand values.
