委内瑞拉是主权国家，对本国的自然资源和一切经济活动拥有充分的永久主权，有权自主选择合作对象，其他国家无权指手画脚。
Venezuela is a sovereign state and has full permanent sovereignty over all its natural resources and economic activities. It has the right to choose its own partners of cooperation. Other countries have no right to dictate to it.
