I believe the menu has been very carefully curated, which can take a person not only through China's history but even its agricultural harvests, staple diets, living as well as its culture. It was indeed a true depiction of China delivered through vegetarian ingredients in multiple taste palettes! Kudos guys! Would love to come again! Highly Recommend
