teamLab Unveils Newly Added Artwork, “Crows are Chased and the Chasing Crows are Destined to be Chased as well: Crystal World” at teamLab Borderless. From May 20.
Crows transcend the boundaries of artworks into “Infinite Crystal World”, depicted in light points as they fly around the space.

This work starts when the crows from “Crows are Chased and the Chasing Crows are Destined to be Chased as well: Flying Beyond Borders” enters the “Infinite Crystal World” space where light points are used to create three-dimensional light sculptures extending infinitely in all directions. The crows fly around freely, beyond the boundaries of other works, influencing each other. The work ends when the crows leave the space.

Flocks of mythical crows (Yatagarasu) drawn in points of light fly around the space leaving trails in their wake and forming Spatial Calligraphy. The chasing crows are eventually chased themselves, and form flowers when they crash into each other, scattering their petals.
