해당 웨이보 계정(时代英金, UID: 7856619330)은 「英金时代」의 부계정으로, 장기간에 걸쳐 아티스트 장원영을 대상으로 악의적인 게시물을 지속적으로 게시하고 다량의 허위정보를 유포해 왔습니다.현재 해당 계정은 약 6,019명의 팔로워를 보유하고 있으며 누적 상호작용 수는 4만 회를 초과합니다. 또한 연관 계정인 「英金时代」는 약 6.3만 명의 팔로워를 보유하고 있으며 누적 상호작용 수는 610만 회를 초과하는 것으로 확인됩니다.해당 계정 운영자는 장기간에 걸쳐 웨이보 플랫폼에서 악의적으로 조작된 합성 이미지를 반복적으로 게시해 왔으며, 장원영의 명예를 훼손하고 비하 모욕하는 내용의 게시물을 지속적으로 작성해 왔습니다. 또한 다수의 이용자가 집단적으로 온라인 괴롭힘 및 사이버불링에 가담하도록 의도적으로 선동함으로써 이러한 행위를 조장하고 확산시키고 있습니다.

특히 최근에는 AI 생성 허위 이미지를 악의적으로 활용하여 자극적인 루머와 혐오성 콘텐츠를 확산시키고, 이를 통해 악성 트래픽을 유도하는 행위를 반복하고 있습니다. 이러한 행위는 명백히 장원영의 명예와 권익을 심각하게 훼손하는 불법 행위라고 판단됩니다.

부디 스타쉽엔터테인먼트 법무팀에서 해당 계정에 대한 모든 게시물 및 관련 자료를 신속히 증거 수집·보존해주시길 바라며, 사이버 명예훼손·모욕·허위사실 유포 등에 대한 강경한 법적 대응 및 소송 절차를 적극적으로 진행해주시기를 간곡히 요청드립니다. 또한 아티스트를 대상으로 한 악성 게시물 및 온라인 폭력 행위에 대해 지속적이고 단호한 대응을 부탁드립니다.

This Weibo account, 时代英金 (UID: 7856619330), is an affiliated secondary account of 英金时代 and has long been engaged in posting malicious content targeting Jang Wonyoung and disseminating large amounts of false information. The secondary account currently has approximately 6,019 followers and has accumulated more than 40,000 interactions. Its affiliated primary account, 英金时代, has approximately 63,000 followers and has generated over 6.1 million interactions.The operator of these accounts has repeatedly posted maliciously fabricated and manipulated images on the Weibo platform, while continuously publishing derogatory, insulting, and defamatory statements targeting Jang Wonyoung. Furthermore, the operator has deliberately incited large numbers of users to participate in coordinated online harassment, thereby fueling and amplifying cyberbullying and other forms of online abuse directed at the artist.

They have also repeatedly used AI-generated fake images for malicious hype and to profit from hate-driven traffic, continuously violating Jang Wonyoung’s lawful rights and interests.

We sincerely urge Starship Entertainment to take this malicious account seriously, preserve all relevant evidence, initiate legal proceedings immediately, hold the perpetrator legally accountable, and take a firm stand against the ongoing cyberviolence directed at Jang Wonyoung.
