近日，香港大学先进半导体与集成电路中心张宇昊教授团队联合英飞凌、香港微电子研究中心（MRDI）、弗吉尼亚理工大学电力电子系统中心（CPES）以及剑桥大学等多家顶尖机构，在国际电力电子领域顶级期刊 IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics (TPEL) 创刊40周年特刊上，发表了题为“Plenty of Room at the Bottom and Top: Future Perspectives on GaN Power Devices and Applications”的前瞻展望论文（Visionary Paper）。课题组博士生杨字能与杨鑫为该论文的共同第一作者。http://t.cn/AXaRsCrd
