谷愛凌向《點新聞》坦言：逆境讓人看清自己

【點新聞報道】今日（19日）是端午節，赤柱舉辦「香格里拉赤柱國際龍舟錦標賽」，點新聞記者用英文採訪谷愛凌。此前谷愛凌曾分享2025年是自己人生中最艱難的一年，整年飽受傷病困擾，還承受大量網絡輿論爭議，面對點新聞提問，她坦言2025年確實舉步維艱。

「那段經歷實在太煎熬，我後來幾乎刻意不去回想。但人始終只能往前走，只要你堅信自己堅持的目標、明白堅持下去的意義，就一定能撐過難關。」

她補充，低谷與磨難會由內而外重塑一個人：「艱難的時刻會迫使你看清內心深處最真實的自己，這份自我認知往後會成為珍貴的財富，對於年輕人而言尤其重要。」

最後，她給出貼切又實用的人生建議：「多花時間認清真實的自己，日後才能在自己看重的領域，建立屬於自己的底氣與內在力量。」

"2025 was not easy, for sure. To be honest with you, I blocked out most of it because it was so traumatic," she said. "But I think there's no choice but to keep going. If you believe in your mission and believe there is meaning and a reason to continue, I trust that you will find a way through."
Reflecting on what adversity can teach, Gu said difficult experiences often lead to greater self-understanding.
"Tough times force you to get to know the intricacies and nuances of yourself, which provides a lot of value later on, especially as a young person," she said.
