In recent years, the textile industry has been undergoing large-scale structural transformation driven by the simultaneous impact of digitalization, the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, and the intensification of sustainable development requirements (the ESG agenda). The persistent gap between the stages of design, production, and market realization remains one of the systemic problems of the industry. This study analyzes the mechanisms of textile business transformation through the integration of design and production within design-to-production (D2P) systems and identifies the role of innovative leadership.
