Ni-based Heusler alloys, as intermetallic compounds and high-temperature alloys, possess superior properties, including high-temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent advantages for application as thermoelectric materials. This study performs first-principles calculations to determine the density of states of selected Ni-based Heusler alloys, which then served as the basis for predicting thermoelectric performance using the BoltzTraP package.
