俄打不打北约取决于中国？

中国人基本上是在允许俄罗斯继续这场战争。他们向俄罗斯提供制造武器所需的一切。

所以中国人仍然可以说“我们没有提供武器”，但他们实际上提供了俄罗斯制造这些武器所需的一切。

俄罗斯在这个无限伙伴关系中越来越成为次要伙伴。

当俄罗斯将所有权力工具——军队、经济、资金——全部投入乌克兰以赢得战争时……谁从中获利？

那是中国。他们可以继续增强自己的军事力量。

The Chinese are basically allowing Russia to stay in the war. They provide Russia with everything they need to make weapons.

So the Chinese can still say 'we don't give weapons,' but they literally give everything the Russians need to make those weapons.

Russia is becoming more and more the junior partner in that limitless partnership.

When Russia is spending all its instruments of power — the military, the economy, their money — everything in Ukraine to win the war... who is to gain from that?

That is China. They can continue to build their military strength.
