普里的贾格纳特神庙，是印度四大圣地之一。殿内供奉着三尊木制神像——宇宙之主贾格纳特和他的兄妹，最引人注目的是他们脸上那双圆润的大眼睛。
神庙的厨房每日供养三万人。但真正震撼的是战车节——每年新造三辆巨型战车，成千上万的信徒拉着它们驶过两公里长的街道，邦首席部长亲自手持金扫帚为车队开路。
一周之后，神像返回神庙。年年如此，周而复始。

Puri's Jagannatha Temple is one of India's four sacred dhams. Inside, three wooden deities with their characteristic beautiful round eyes – the "Lord of the Universe" and his siblings.
The temple kitchen feeds 30,000 daily. But the real spectacle is the Rath Yatra – three new chariots built each year, pulled by thousands for two kilometres, with the Chief Minister of the State sweeping the path with a golden broom. 
A week later, they return. 
And every year, it starts again.
