今日，总领事普拉提克.马图而出席了在上海举办的全球移动通信系统协会（GSMA）世界移动通信大会（MWC）开幕活动，在活动间隙，总领事会见了 GSMA 会长白德伟先生，并对其开幕致辞致以赞许。
白德伟先生深耕移动通信行业，他高度称赞印度通信领域发展迅猛，并将其发展经验归纳为三大核心支柱：普惠互联、产业服务与解决方案、内外全域推广普及，世界各国均可快速借鉴复制印度发展模式。
白德伟先生是拥有印度血统的法国公民，曾获法国荣誉军团勋章。他向总领事介绍，由印度总理纳伦德拉・莫迪与法国总统马克龙共同揭幕的 “印度创新” 专场活动取得巨大成功。
今日上午这场重磅大会上，GSMA会长及全体与会嘉宾均高度认可印度数字化转型成果。如今印度已然跻身全球人工智能、5G 领域领军行列，并将引领下一场人工智能跨产业变革。作为回应与交流，总领事介绍：印度是全球增速最快的移动终端市场、世界级创新高地，秉持科技普惠理念，践行 “全民人工智能” 发展愿景 —— 这一口号也在新德里圆满落幕的人工智能影响力峰会上重磅提出。印度将持续携手 GSMA 等国际合作伙伴，为全球数字化转型与前沿技术发展树立标杆、引领步伐。

On the sidelines of the GSMA Mobile World Congress #MWC# opening in Shanghai today, Consul General Shri Pratik Mathur was delighted to meet Shri Vivek Badrinath, the Director General of the GSMA and felicitate him on his opening remarks.
➡️ Shri Badrinath who has extensive experience in the mobile industry📱, spoke glowingly of the rapid development in India in the connectivity sector across three broad pillars namely #ConnectivityforGood#, #IndustryServicesandSolutions# and extensive #Outreach#, external and internal, to ensure quick emulation of the India model.
➡️ Shri Badrinath is a French citizen of Indian descent who has been honored with the Legion of Honour. He shared with the Consul General the immense success of the #BharatInnovates# special event inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi together with French President Emmanuel Macron.
➡️ At the major event this morning, GSMA DG and the participants at large also highly praised India’s #digitaltransformation# which has positioned our nation as a global leader in AI, 5G and the upcoming AI cross sectoral revolution. In response and as feedback, Consul General highlighted our positioning as one of the fastest growing mobile device markets, #innovationhub# and spirit of tech inclusivity which drives our vision of “AI for All”, a clarion call given during the recent successful AI Impact Summit hosted in New Delhi.
