Before HH BAGELS | 欢欢贝果had a proper kitchen, we were experimenting in our apartment — perfecting our bagels, curing gravlax, and making whitefish salad from scratch.

Those early days of trial and error in Beijing laid the foundation for everything we do today in Shenzhen.
