After securing the blades, the spinner assembly and hub fairings are reinstalled with their original balance weights. Finally, technicians manually rotate the fan 360 degrees to verify proper blade tip clearances and conduct a ground engine run-up with vibration monitoring equipment to perform any necessary fan trim balancing.
