Dear ITTF/WTT Officials,

I formally file a complaint against Ms. Zhou Dao, ITTF Asia Media Director and WTT China Media Director, for deliberate discriminatory conduct toward athlete Fan Zhendong.

On March 28, 2026, in the official promotional video for the 2026 London World Team Championships, Ms. Zhou, as the content‑approval lead, intentionally obscured Fan Zhendong’s face and body while fully showing all other team members. This is not an editing error but targeted marginalization, and similar unfair acts have repeatedly occurred under her supervision.

This conduct violates ITTF/WTT anti‑discrimination policies and media professional ethics, damages the athlete’s reputation, and offends fans worldwide.

I demand:

1. An immediate, independent, and transparent investigation with public results;
2. Severe disciplinary action against Ms. Zhou Dao, including a public apology, suspension, or dismissal;
3. Correction of the video and an official public apology;
4. Improved review mechanisms to prevent recurrence.
