近日，一场属于海淀居民的邻里嘉年华正式启幕！本次活动联动全区29个街镇的居民、社区工作者、志愿者与新就业群体代表，进行开幕演出、亲子游戏、非遗创作体验以及趣味运动会，让睦邻友好成为海淀最动人的底色。
