1. 主治医师 Attending Physician

这是最通用的直译，也是国内医院胸牌、简历及官方文件的主流写法。

含义：已完成住院医师规范化培训，具备独立行医资质。

变体：英联邦及香港地区对应为 Consultant（顾问医生）；美国体系中 Attending 亦为最高临床级别（高于 Resident 和 Fellow）。

2. 主任医师 Chief Physician

对应中国特有的“正高级职称”。

含义：代表专业技术达到教授级水平。

注意：英语母语国家中 Chief 多指行政职务（科主任），若侧重学术地位可用 Professor，侧重临床资历可用 Senior Attending 或 Senior Consultant。
