disseminated on major online platforms. Such unauthorized edits improperly splice footage from
irrelevant music videos, distort facts, mislead the public, and severely infringe upon the independent
copyright and legitimate reputation of our original work.

The SKYFALL music video is an independently created original work. All production and creative
procedures are independently completed by our team. We have never copied any content, footage,
creative concepts or design elements from any pre-existing or publicly released third-party music
video works. Creativity Director Sodam Hong is the sole exclusive creative core and the only original
creator behind this masterpiece.
