En vísperas de la inauguración de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026, el día de ayer inauguramos en las instalaciones del Consulado General la exposición fotográfica «Juego de Pelota: Pasado y presente», integrada por imágenes selectas de las exhibiciones «Cancha sagrada. El juego de pelota mesoamericano» y «A sol y sombra», de los fotógrafos mexicanos Javier Hinojosa y Miguel Crespo, respectivamente.
值2026年国际足联世界杯开幕前夕之际，我馆昨日在总领事馆举办了《球赛：过去与现在》摄影展开幕式。此次展览精选展出了墨西哥摄影师哈维尔·伊诺霍萨的《神圣球场：中美洲球戏》”和米格尔·克雷斯波的《阳光与阴影之间》两组摄影作品。
On the eve of the opening of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, yesterday we inaugurated the photographic exhibition “Ball Game: Past and Present” at the Consulate General. The exhibition features selected images from the exhibitions “Sacred Court: The Mesoamerican Ball Game” and “Sun and Shade,” by Mexican photographers Javier Hinojosa and Miguel Crespo, respectively.

Durante la inauguración, el Cónsul Encargado, Daniel Domínguez Cantú, explicó que «Cancha sagrada» muestra imágenes sobre el juego de pelota que se practicaba en Mesoamérica, región que comprendió, entre otras áreas, el actual territorio mexicano, y que albergó a diversas civilizaciones originarias del continente americano, aproximadamente desde 2,500 años antes de Cristo y hasta el siglo XVI, durante el cual arribaron a América los primeros exploradores europeos. En ese sentido, el juego de pelota es una de las prácticas deportivas más antiguas y significativas del continente americano, la cual tiene profundas dimensiones políticas y simbólicas, y constituye uno de los legados más representativos de la región.
开幕式上，代总领事丹尼尔·多明格斯·坎图（Daniel Domínguez Cantú）介绍说，《神圣球场》通过影像展现了盛行于古代中美洲地区的球戏文化。中美洲地区涵盖现今墨西哥等地，曾孕育多个美洲原住民文明，其历史可追溯至公元前2500年左右，并延续至16世纪欧洲探险者抵达美洲时期。作为美洲大陆最古老、最具代表性的体育活动之一，球戏不仅是一项竞技运动，更承载着深厚的政治、宗教和象征意义，是中美洲文明最具代表性的文化遗产之一。
During the opening, the Acting Consul General, Daniel Domínguez Cantú, explained that “Sacred Court” showcases images of the ball game played in Mesoamerica, a region that encompassed, among other areas, present-day Mexico, and which was home to various civilizations native to the Americas, from approximately 2500 BC until the 16th century, when the first European explorers arrived in the Americas. In this sense, the ballgame is one of the oldest and most significant sporting practices in the Americas, possessing profound political and symbolic dimensions, and constituting one of the region's most representative legacies.

Por otra parte, «A sol y sombra» muestra la práctica de fútbol lejos de los estadios, de la profesionalidad, del glamour que rodea a este deporte; muestra el fútbol llanero, en terracería, donde cada partido transforma un espacio cotidiano en un lugar de encuentro. Allí, el balón funciona como un lenguaje compartido: reúne generaciones, fortalece amistades y crea recuerdos que perduran más allá del marcador. En esas canchas abiertas yace una parte esencial de la cultura popular, porque el fútbol llanero no solo forma jugadores; también teje vínculos, construye identidad y convierte el juego en una celebración de pertenencia y comunidad.
《阳光与阴影之间》则将镜头聚焦于远离职业赛场与聚光灯之外的足球世界。作品记录了在乡村、社区和土场上开展的民间足球活动。在这些简朴的场地上，每一场比赛都会将平凡的公共空间变成人们相聚交流的场所。足球成为一种共同的语言，连接着不同年龄的人群，增进友谊，留下超越胜负的珍贵回忆。正是在这些开放的球场上，大众足球文化得以生生不息。民间足球不仅培养球员，更维系社区纽带、塑造集体认同，使足球运动成为归属感与社区精神的生动体现。
On the other hand, "Sun and Shadow" showcases the practice of soccer far from stadiums, professionalism, and the glamour that surrounds this sport; it showcases the grassroots soccer played on dirt fields, where each match transforms an everyday space into a meeting place. There, the ball is a shared language: it unites generations, strengthens friendships, and creates memories that last beyond the scoreboard. On these open fields lies an essential part of popular culture, because grassroots soccer not only develops players; it also forges bonds, builds identity, and transforms the game into a celebration of belonging and community.
