教练又换hyrox,我虽然不喜但算了,难得一次~

Strengh:1min EMON/station x 4轮
- 150kg sled push x 25m
- BBJ x 10reps
- sqaut x 20reps w/ 7.5kg dumbell 2个
- thruster x 15reps w/ 7.5kg dumbbell 2个
- 20kg sandbag lunges x 16reps
* 不能说轻轻松松,但分量都没用到顶主要是考虑要做4轮 & 后面大有氧。

Conditioning:4mins EMOM/station
- air bike x 1800m
- run x 800m
- ski x 800m
- row x 800m
- 4kg wall ball x 100reps
* 风阻单车和滑雪机都是正好完成、跑步大约提前10secs、划船机提前30secs、墙球拆成4mins x 25reps完成。
教练:果然划船机是你的大强项!
